Many people struggle with bad credit simply because they were never taught how to manage it.

Continue Reading To See If You Qualify:

Over the past year, families across the nation faced some of their toughest financial challenges, as the job market hit rock bottom. For many, 2020 became the year their credit took a severe hit.

If you found yourself caught up in this wave, I get it. It’s incredibly disheartening to watch your life change drastically due to forces beyond your control. And dealing with bad credit only makes the situation more stressful.

The truth is, most of us never had the chance to learn how to improve, maintain, or even understand our credit.

We missed out on learning crucial financial skills like:

  • Paying down debt

  • Saving for retirement

  • Buying that dream home or car

  • Building an emergency fund

Studies show that two out of three American adults can’t pass a basic financial literacy test. That lack of knowledge often leads to mounting debt, creating a cycle of worry and uncertainty.

I know this struggle firsthand. I’ve been in a place where my credit score was so low, I couldn’t even qualify for a simple store card—let alone a mortgage with reasonable rates. Worse still, if left unchecked, poor credit can lead to even bigger challenges like job loss, lack of reliable transportation, and even homelessness.

I’m sharing this not to scare you, but because I almost found myself at that point—despite following the usual advice of living within my means. I cut back, tightened my budget, and tried to save, but it didn't make life any easier.

But here’s the good news: it doesn’t have to stay this way. There are steps you can take to turn things around and regain control over your financial future. And I’m here to guide you through that journey.
